What is the process for refunds and cancellations for outdoor programs?

Cancellations for any outdoor programs/events must be done in writing and emailed to CustomerCare@citrusgs.org no later than the deadline date for that specific program/event. There will be a $3.00 fee assessed for each cancellation.

Any cancellations after the registration deadline will not be refunded unless it is for extenuating medical or family circumstances. These requests will also need to be in writing and emailed to CustomerCare@citrusgs.org for approval. Cancellation fee will apply.
