What is the process for refunds and cancellations for Summer Camp?

Cancellations for any Summer Camp must be submitted in writing via email to Customer-
Care@citrus-gs.org no later than the Registration Deadline for that specific camp. Any
fees paid to date (beyond the $25 non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.

Any cancellations after the registration deadline will not be refunded unless it is for extenuating
medical or family circumstances. These requests will also need to be submitted in writing via
email to CustomerCare@citrus-gs.org for consideration and approval. Cancellation fees
will apply. Transfers may be done no later than the registration deadline date for that camp
session by contacting CustomerCare@citrus-gs.org
